This role is a senior role in Greenovator with an overall responsibility for the program of projects that Greenovator is involved in. A particular focus will be on the GSMA project in 2019.

Duties and Responsibilities
Act as the focal point for all projects - to include communications, budgets and resourcing
Run projects based on defined plans and targets. Problem solve issues to come up with a range of solutions to keep projects on track
Provide timely updates and recommendations to the management team of project activities (regular reporting)
Communicate with partners and donors in formal and informal meetings regarding proposals, project activities, etc. as necessary
Oversee effective systems for monitoring project progress against activity plans, working with project teams to ensure objectives are met
Build on the Greenovator project management methodology to provide a comprehensive set of tools and documents to include project plans, budgets, blueprints, reporting templates, etc
Use learning from ongoing evaluation to inform the development of projects and the personal development of the team
Other activities as required to reach the objectives of the company
Education and Qualifications
¬ Bachelor’s degree in Business/Project management qualifications
Skills and Specifications
• Extensive project management experience on a range of projects
• Experience running projects in the development sector (e.g. NGO, INGO or similar)
Strong organizational skills and a self starter
• Creative and innovative, capable of devising strategies and tactics for smooth and effective running of projects
• Staff management and motivation
• A good communicator, able to relate to all levels of an organization and make authentic connections with partners
• Excellent written as well as verbal communication skills. MS Office including MS Project software or similar
• Should have good analytical and presentation skills in Myanmar and English languages
• Know how to prepare, run and follow up on meetings (using formal agendas, project plans and minutes)
Desirable
- Knowledge of technology sector projects
